Before I get into the meme-ness...ladies, I know how obsessed we all are with our mesh hair, and how flexi is pretty much a thing of the past...but...nobody does curls quite like Ms. Neveah Niu of Iconic...and she's finally released a hair that she's been sitting on for a loooong time, and ohmygod...curl city!! The hair textures on this hair are the best that I have seen on the grid, and you can see just how much work and love she put into this lovely creation.
