Always wear your invisible crown

Happy Easter my little chocolate bunnies!

I just have a quick little story for you today.  I hope you all have a wonderful day with friends and family and remember to always wear your invisible crown!

Once upon a time there were two sisters.  They were happy and living in a land full of wonder.  Every day was full of many adventures for them as they traveled the world and fought creepy monsters.  They battled bravely and always prevailed returning home to giggle happily and share stories of great forces defeated.

One day the elder sister came with sad news.  She was going to strike out on her own in a different land and would be gone for a while.  Over time she would return to visit but things were never quite the same .

On particular time the young  sister was was sitting sad and alone.  She had been through several battles and was quite tired.  Just when the hour was darkest the elder sister showed up.    Her smile lit up the room at the two danced the happy dance of the unicorn and celebrated their reunion.  As the sun began to rise the elder sister looked off into the distance and reported that it was time for her to depart.  Before leaving  she reached out and placed a beautiful crown on her sister's head.  Adjusting it just so and straightening her bow she placed a gentle kiss on her forehead and cited these words:

"Your ego should always be high, you are amazeballs covered in awesome sauce and do not ever believe any less than that.  I love you and I don't get to see you often and you should be a princess to remember how special you are"

With those words ringing in the air she did a twirl and skipped her way back to that mysterious land.  The young sister smiled and vowed to always keep those words in her heart.

So, Caiti and I may or may not have borrowed the TARDIS for a bit.  There might allegedly have been some mischief that Caiti got into.  Her..not me, I'm good.

Anyway...I told her not to push the button.  Ok, so maybe what I said was "I wonder what will happen if you push it?"  Whatever, still not my fault.  After a bit of running (totally not easy to do in heels)  We managed to get away.  Whew!  It's was a close call!  Here we are though still looking fabulous.  Don't you think?  I'm glad to be back dolls, did you miss me?

Ugh, that post title looks so lame...but I can't think of much to write this morning. 

So when I'm all out of inspiration for blog titles, that's what it'll be! :p

Oh, I do want to give props to the creator of the pose I'm rocking...Ritch Nicholls of Poseolgy is back to making poses again after a nice long break, and this is one of his older poses that I happened to pick up on the Marketplace. I'm especially in love with this pair pictured above, the Splendor ankle strapped heel! The amazing thing about this shoe is that it comes fully color-change, in 9 different colors(24 if you bump up to the fatpack...and really, why wouldn't you???), with materials-ready diamonds that are able to be shown or hidden, all with a click of your hud!
I really really REALLY love the aqua texture that Eon's got going on, so I paired it with an oldie but goodie from Cynful, I believe it was available in this color last year during an anniversary party(I don't remember off the top of my head, bad bad blogger!), so it's sadly not available anymore, but still...the dress itself, called Kamalin, is super sleek and sexy, sure to grab the attention of anyone in the room!

The Thrift Shop 5 is coming up soon(June 8th, actually), and Cynful is a part of the action this round, with a new release of a classic pair of jeans, the Bell Bottoms! These jeans were a huuuuge hit when they were released last year, so it's so good to see them coming out again! These jeans are hitting the grid in nine all-new colors, with a regular and used texture available. The belt buckle changes four different colors, and the belt itself will have 8 different colors available :D
I wanted to stray a little bit away from my normal dark colors for jeans, so I chose the red. I love the beat-up texture going on here, it makes for a fun look..and it's like the jeans were made for the top I'm wearing, brought to the grid by Toxxic Rhinnyr of AlterEgo!
